In this phase we will focus on the following
-The 6 major movements: Squat, push, pull, hinge, rotate, carry
-Full range of motion for all joints
-Proper range and stability of joints while loaded
This phase involves meeting 2-4 times a week to teach and ensure each movement is performed correctly, comfortably and confidently.
